To Whom It May Concern, Tips Department, The New York Times
Please pass this on to Mark Mazzetti, James M. Broder, Randal C. Archibold, and David S. Cloud, reporters who have all covered Randall "Duke" Cunningham's career lately.
There is a possibility I will be on the east coast next week, on matters related to Dr. Richard E. Webb, who gave a Colloquium yesterday at Purdue University on the Accident Hazards of Nuclear Power Plants, and of Nuclear Weapons, the Hazards of Radioactive Waste Disposal, and the Constitutional Law Respecting These Matters, so if you want to meet with me to discuss the enclosed allegation, that would be a good time (Dr. Webb is the author of the book The Accident Hazards of Nuclear Power Plants). If you don't want to talk to me, may I suggest talking to Dr. Webb? His explanation of what happened at Three Mile Island makes a lot more sense than the government's. And is a lot scarier.
I would appreciate acknowledgement of receipt of this document by someone, anyone, on staff at the NYTimes. I have tried to alert you to this amazing (if I do say so myself) story several times, to no avail. But it is absolutely true. This is a serious allegation I'm making and I continue to stand by it 100% despite the third-rate police cover-up that has occurred (for example, the record has been changed to say that the driver in my accident and I exchanged information; however, this is not true. I have not heard from Cunningham. The record does not say who the other driver was, oddly enough, and yet it says we exchanged information.)
And no, the local papers never published a word. THAT certainly doesn't prove it's NOT true, or at least, the NYTimes should be above assuming it's NOT true just because the two local papers chose not to do THEIR duty to investigate this event. How many other papers are you better than?
